We print each shirt just for you, then ship it out fast. If anything’s off, we’ll make it right.
- Delivery window: Most orders arrive in 5–12 business days from purchase (made‑to‑order printing + transit).
- Tracking: You’ll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.
- Heads up: Carriers can experience delays during holidays or severe weather. If your package looks stuck, email us and we’ll help nudge it along.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our tees are made to order, we don’t accept standard returns. That said, we always want you to love your gear.
If we messed up (defect or wrong item)
- Covers misprints, obvious print defects, or if you received the wrong size/design compared to your order.
- Cost: Free replacement.
- What we need: A quick photo + your order number so we can loop in our print partner.
If you picked the wrong size
- Please check the Unisex Size Chart (right under the color options) before ordering.
- Need a different size after your order arrives? We offer a made to order replacement at $12 per shirt.
- No need to ship the original back—please donate it or gift it to a friend.
Timing
- Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for any issue—defects or size swaps—so we can take care of you quickly.
- After 30 days: We’ll still do our best to help. Because each tee is made to order, requests outside this window are handled case‑by‑case and may be subject to different terms—typically a discounted reprint rate and shipping. Manufacturer defect coverage may be limited past this window.

- Your order number
- A short note about the issue (and a photo if there’s a defect/wrong item)
- For size swaps, confirm the new size and that you’re OK with the $12 replacement
